Math

In math we have been looking at a lot of different stuff. Like Facts with big numbers, large numbers, rule of indices,  and traveling around the universe in a A380 plane.

Firstly the facts with big numbers.

this is paige's and my work
everyone else's work
then the large numbers

big number names

and finally flying around the world in a airbus

percent calculations

  1. Hi Michaela,
This blog post has a lot of work on it, but not a lot of context. Yes, you've told us what it was about, but you haven't told us Why or What you were learning. Also I don't know what an acre of land is and some other people probably don't know either. But on a good note your slides have a lot of colour.

    1. Hi Thomas
Thanks for commenting. I will try to remember to put context in next time. Where does it say Acre of land? I can't seem to find it.
      Thanks again

  2. hi Michaela
you have two of the exact same slides as paige but you have a little amount of writing and the slides don't tell me if i was a passenger looking at boreding the plane where it is are we going to float in space or are we going to go into other planets.

    1. Hi Liam.
Thanks for commenting. I have that same slides as Paige because we were working together. So that explains that. As for not telling you if you are a passerter in the plane, why would I do that? I was not asked to.
      Thanks again

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
