- careful place 4 skittles evenly on the outside of the dish

i think that the skittles colour will bled off the candy

the colour came off
the resen for the non mixing is because skittles are made of sugar and colour as the s dissolves the c moves with it and when there is no more water the sugar and colour stop moving
